Self care often seems like a luxury, something we will make time for "later". However, Women in Midlife face many life changes, so committing to  a few moments of refreshment can bring ripple effects that will work outward from us.

Areas to be explored will be exploration of personal priorities  through use of self reflection tools. Other arenas include personal movement vs exercise, food choices and sleep tips.

  • You have faithfully served and cared for others and now need some caring for yourself. Midlife has crept up and introduced physical and social changes, some of which  you may not feel ready for. Are you feeling stuck here with little time and energy left over to take care of yourself? You are living life  but may not feel you have the energy or zest to enjoy your life right now.
