Life Possibilities
Module Description: We hear a lot about balancing life priorities. We will discuss what that could mean and how/if it is achievable.
Module Highlights:
- You will create your personal wheel of life
- You will then assess and re-establish your unique priorities for the second half of your life

Journal Journey
Once our priorities are in place, moving forward with our own goals in each area of priority is next. Obstacles can arise in our thinking that can hinder our forward momentum. Sitting still with non judgement allows us time and quiet to hear our own thoughts and possibly uncover some "sticking points"in our progress. We move forward gently from here toward renewal.

- Exploring the written words to gently uncover some of the negative thoughts that hold us back

Movement mindset
Physical mobility enhances the "feel good" hormones as well as countering the more sedentary lifestyle. There are many good reasons to increase mobility

Hydration is a small but mighty component of our overall well-being
- Review of the current research with an eye toward personal application
- Hydration challenge within our communiy

Sleep Talk
A good nights rest enables us to function at our best to meet daily responsibilities. We will look at some common obstacles and review some helpful tools for personal application

As I came into the middle years of life, along with menopause, launching young adults from our home into the world, and working in healthcare, I began realizing that I had spent a great deal of time and energy focusing on the well-being of others while neglecting my own.
